My friend Liz is really good at posting her workouts on her blog-I’m sure it is excellent accountability for her. I’m going to post about my workout today, but with a much less moral intent. The REAL runner in our family got permission to jettison the boot on her leg today-YAHOO!!!!-which means my days of pseudo-reign as the fastest Koskela are numbered. But for today, I hold the title: six 800’s at 3:30 or under.
YAY!! I’d noticed that boot over break – stress fracture?? I’m sure she’s SO happy to be out of that 🙂

She found out that she ran her last two races with a stress fracture in both legs, the left a lot worse. Helping her team win a conference and national championship on two broken legs means her toughness will never be in question. 🙂
Awesome! How long a rest did you take between each? I couldn’t do that currently with an hour’s rest.

My training’s been calling for 400s – I like those way better than 800s 🙂
